Shopping with Catalogue 63

When my package from Catalogue 63 arrived, I remembered a certain song from The Sound of Music at Resorts World (which is quite nice, by the way!). The lyrics went like this:

Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens,
Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens,
Brown paper packages tied up with string...

...these are a few of my favorite things!

It was safely wrapped in plastic and in a shipping package, of course. :) As for what's inside...

And Apparel Tuxedo shirts in white and black

Quite a few of my current jeans have a booty gap and while finding decent denim is definitely on a to-do list, I'm working with the ones I have. I snapped these up because they are currently half off, hehe. These have the nifty feature of having a longer, tuxedo-like back like so:

Basic but with an edge, and easy to pair with most anything! Should have expected it since And Apparel is part of Republic Retailers, who used to own Tyler. Can't wait to wear them out!

The material used for each shirt felt different, though both were stretchy and fit well. A size small will fit ladies who are still a bit bigger than me, especially if we're talking about the white one. I also appreciated how thick the fabric of the white shirt was, for obvious reasons I hope! :P

Choosing and buying them at Catalogue 63 was also easy as pie. You don't have to register on the site to buy something. Having an account just makes it easier to keep track of your purchases, use the wishlist feature (which is helping me keep track of stuff I like in case they go on sale), and log multiple shipping addresses if you have to. So yes, I find it useful! I'd say open one if you haven't.

I also like that the checkout progress is just on the right sidebar, allowing you to review your details and make sure there's nothing amiss in there. If you wanna make sure how much shipping'll turn out, there's a shipping calculator at the bottom of the shopping cart page. Payment is by Gcash, bank deposit, and PayPal. One hiccup I did find was that they specified Xend to be the courier in their confirmation email, but my package arrived via LBC. However, as long as it arrives safe and I still pay the same rate, I don't really care who sends it, haha.

Catalogue 63 only takes on independent Filipino brands, and you can see it in their selection of items. Everything is impeccably made. They're offering free shipping for purchases Php 1,000 and up now, and returns as well! Go check them out on their official website, Facebook, or if you're really curious, you can check out their showroom in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig (by appointment).

Have you seen Catalogue 63's items? Seen anything you like?
